Find out what’s costing you visibility, trust, and opportunities.
You have the website, the reputation, and the proof. But when buyers search, compare, or ask AI who to trust, you may be missing, misunderstood, or passed over.
Before you spend another $5,000, $20,000, or six months fixing your marketing, let’s find out what actually needs fixing.
What we need to find out
The cost of a wrong diagnosis
You can spend a lot of money fixing the wrong problem.
You don’t need seventy screenshots telling you where you appeared.
You need to understand what’s getting in the way, what is already working, and which changes deserve your next dollar.
Your website isn’t generating leads, so someone recommends a redesign.
Organic traffic is down, so someone recommends more SEO.
AI systems aren’t mentioning your company, so someone recommends a visibility monitoring platform.
Your competitors keep showing up, so someone recommends publishing more content.
Any of those recommendations might be right.
But what if the website isn’t the problem?
What if your company has plenty of content, but search and AI systems cannot reliably connect your expertise, services, and proof to the problems buyers are trying to solve?
What if buyers can find you, but the available evidence doesn’t give them enough confidence to choose you?
Or what if your company is competing for broad visibility while overlooking smaller, more valuable opportunities where it already has a credible advantage?
The wrong diagnosis can send months of work and thousands of dollars in the wrong direction.
Visibility Intelligence gives you a clearer picture of the conditions shaping discovery, credibility, and opportunity before you commit to another major marketing investment.
Evidence from the field
What looks broken isn’t always what’s broken.
A visibility problem can look like a traffic problem, a content problem, a competitive problem, or a conversion problem. The evidence determines where we start.
These case studies document results from broader engagements. They show how the diagnosis shaped the work, not what the $2,000 diagnostic produces on its own.
Featured case study · AI visibility + competitive strategy
The founder wanted to unseat his competitors. The better strategy was to go around them.
An established company in the precious metals retirement industry wanted to win more AI recommendations. It had years of market experience, a deep library of educational content, and a strong reputation. But competing brands kept showing up where it wanted to be, and the founder wanted them gone.
The problem wasn’t just the competition. Technical restrictions were blocking access to important content. Indexing and structural issues were weakening discovery. And the company was fighting for broad, crowded recommendations when it had a stronger claim to more specific buyer questions.
The recommendationFix the foundation. Find the Blue Puddles.
First, clear the technical obstacles and tighten the connections between the company’s expertise, educational content, and supporting evidence. Then go after the questions where the brand had a credible advantage: retirement-account ownership economics, storage, fees, risk, and the decision-stage questions that need specific, trustworthy answers.
The lesson: You don’t always have to unseat the competition to win more visibility. Sometimes the better move is to repair what’s blocking discovery and own the questions where you already have a stronger right to win.

Case study · Entity disambiguation + founder go-to-market
Before he could build his reputation, we had to stop AI from giving his achievements to someone else.
A tech founder was getting ready to launch a property technology platform and build his public profile through media coverage, speaking, and strategic relationships.
One problem. Another tech founder had his exact first and last name, plus a bigger digital footprint. In testing, some AI systems credited that better-known founder with our client’s platform, achievements, and innovations. Adding a middle initial and naming his company didn’t consistently fix it.
That made publicity risky. Every dollar he spent getting attention could end up building the other founder’s reputation instead of his own.
The diagnosisHe didn’t have a promotion problem. He had an identity ownership problem.
Before scaling his marketing, he needed one distinct, verifiable identity that search engines and AI systems could tie to the right person, company, history, and innovation.
The timeline mattered most. He’d worked across different industries and cities before property tech. Without one connected record, that history read like several unrelated people.
The lesson: Promotion can’t fix an identity problem. It can make it worse, by sending your attention to someone else.
What we built
- A founder website establishing his identity, professional history, technology, and business activity.
- A documented founder timeline connecting his industries, businesses, and locations into one person’s story.
- A naming convention using his middle initial, always tied to his technology.
- Founder attribution on the product site connecting the platform to its actual creator.
- Cross-platform identity signals reinforcing the link between the founder, his history, and his innovation.
- AI-mediated implementation. We instructed the founder’s own Claude assistant on how to structure the site, document his history, and set up the entity relationships.

Case study · Demand generation
The ads looked broken. The path from search to sales was broken.
A B2B company’s Google Ads program was producing clicks without generating the qualified leads the business needed.
The initial assumption was straightforward: the advertising needed improvement. The investigation revealed a much larger problem involving data quality, buyer-intent alignment, landing-page relevance, missing proof, and lead qualification.
The diagnosisOptimizing advertising alone would not repair a disconnected acquisition system.
The work required rebuilding the path from search query to qualified sales opportunity.
The lesson: Sometimes the channel taking the blame is simply where the larger system failure becomes visible.

The common thread
Three businesses. Three different problems. In each case, the important decision was identifying the conditions that needed to change before choosing the tactics.
That’s what Visibility Intelligence is designed to do.
Six areas of Visibility Intelligence
I follow the evidence beyond your website.
When a buyer, search engine, or AI system encounters your business, what information can it find? What conclusions can it reasonably draw? And where do those conclusions break down? Depth in each area is set by the scope of your engagement.
Identity and recognition
Can systems reliably identify your business?
I examine whether your company, founders, services, profiles, and public evidence form a recognizable identity.
Conflicting names, disconnected profiles, unclear relationships, and inconsistent positioning can prevent systems from connecting the right information to the right business.
Buyer language and relevance
Does your business match the problems buyers are trying to solve?
I examine how your positioning, offers, and published expertise correspond to actual buyer needs and discovery questions.
The language your company uses to describe itself may not be the language buyers use when looking for help.
Trust and evidence
Can buyers and systems verify what makes you credible?
I look for the evidence supporting your claims: results, case studies, expert credentials, third-party references, partnerships, reviews, public milestones, and other relevant proof.
I also examine whether that evidence is accessible, current, clearly attributed, and connected to your services.
Machine legibility and extractability
Can search and AI systems interpret and use your strongest information?
Your expertise may already exist across dozens of pages, profiles, and documents. But important information can be buried in poorly organized content, unclear structures, or disconnected sources.
I examine whether systems can access, identify, retrieve, and accurately interpret information relevant to buyer questions.
Discovery breakpoints
Where does the trail go cold?
I look for technical, structural, contextual, and informational obstacles that can interfere with discovery: blocked content, outdated information, confusing page relationships, thin context, conflicting claims, or missing answers.
The objective is to determine which problems warrant deeper investigation or remediation.
Competitive opportunity
Where does your business have a credible right to win?
I examine opportunities where your specialization, experience, market context, and available proof give you an advantage.
This is where we begin identifying Blue Puddles: focused opportunities that may be more attainable and commercially relevant than competing for the broadest terms in your category.
Opportunity intelligence
You don’t need to win everywhere. You need somewhere you can own.
Established competitors have advantages. They have histories, extensive content libraries, third-party mentions, and established relationships across the web.
Competing directly for every broad category term can be expensive and slow. But search and AI discovery are contextual. Specific questions create different competitive environments.
I call those smaller, high-fit opportunities Blue Puddles.
A Blue Puddle is a focused market, use case, buyer situation, or problem where your business has unusually strong evidence that it belongs in the conversation.
“Who are the best marketing agencies?”Crowded. Long histories and big content libraries carry the answer.
“Which agency can help a founder-led industrial SaaS company establish category authority before entering a new market?”A different competitive environment. Specific proof carries the answer.
It might be:
- A specialized industry your team already understands
- A geographic market with different buyer needs
- A particular buyer role or stage of business growth
- A commercially important question competitors answer poorly
- An underserved problem where your existing client experience provides distinctive proof
Visibility Intelligence identifies promising openings based on available evidence. Claiming those openings, with full category strategy and positioning, is the work of Category Leadership.
You don’t need the whole ocean. You need a place where your experience, expertise, and evidence give buyers a compelling reason to choose you.
How the engagement works
Investigate. Interpret. Prioritize.
The deliverable is designed to be useful whether your existing team implements the recommendations or you choose to engage Five-Talent for additional work.
Establish the business context
We begin with your business, primary audience, core offers, and most important visibility concerns.
You provide the relevant website, public profiles, available proof, and business context. We agree on the focused scope of the investigation.
Examine the discovery environment
I investigate how your business is represented across relevant search and AI discovery experiences.
I examine the available signals, test selected buyer questions, inspect evidence pathways, and identify where the business is clear, fragmented, missing, or poorly supported.
Separate the signals from the noise
I evaluate the findings against your business objectives. Some issues require immediate attention. Others are secondary, cosmetic, or unrelated to the commercial problem you’re trying to solve.
I identify the strongest evidence-backed hypotheses, meaningful opportunities, and areas that require further validation.
Deliver the intelligence
You receive an organized set of findings, a prioritized decision map, and a private executive briefing.
We’ll review the evidence, discuss what it means, and establish which decisions deserve attention first.
Deliverables

Identity, trust, and proof findings
An examination of the clarity, consistency, accessibility, and credibility of information supporting your business.

A focused set of promising buyer contexts, questions, or specialized markets for further investigation or action. These are evidence-informed opportunities, not guarantees of future search rankings or AI recommendations.
Priority decision map
An ordered set of recommendations explaining:
- What needs attention first
- Why it matters
- What supporting evidence we found
- What existing resources can handle
- What needs deeper investigation or specialized implementation
- What can reasonably wait
Private executive briefing
A 60-minute session to review the findings, discuss tradeoffs, answer questions, and clarify next steps.
The right fit
For established businesses that need better answers before bigger investments.
Visibility Intelligence is designed for founder-led B2B businesses, specialized service firms, and other expertise-driven companies with established offers and real customers.
It’s particularly valuable when:
Your business has a strong reputation, but discovery isn’t producing the opportunities you’d expect.
You rely on credibility, specialization, and buyer research to generate qualified demand.
Your competitors are showing up in search or AI recommendations where you believe your company should be considered.
You’re preparing to invest in SEO, content, a redesign, PR, or AI discovery and want a clearer diagnosis first.
Your business has plenty of proof and expertise, but those assets aren’t consistently translating into market visibility.
Your team needs to prioritize its next moves without committing to months of potentially misdirected activity.
If you’re still validating a business idea, don’t have an established offer, or want a guaranteed ranking or AI citation, this engagement is unlikely to meet your needs.

About Sorilbran Stone
I built this because “do more marketing” isn’t a diagnosis.
I’m Sorilbran Stone, a B2B visibility strategist and founder of Five-Talent Strategy House.
For 16 years, I’ve worked across the systems that help businesses become easier to find, understand, trust, and choose. My experience spans search, content, positioning, demand generation, publishing infrastructure, entity strategy, and AI-mediated discovery.
I’ve helped build marketing systems connected to more than $40 million in qualified pipeline, including work associated with $1.7 million in ChatGPT-referred qualified pipeline.
I’ve also seen how easily companies can spend money producing more content, launching more campaigns, or redesigning more pages without understanding the problem those investments are supposed to solve.
Visibility Intelligence reflects the way I approach that work. I investigate the business as it actually exists, examine what buyers and discovery systems can verify, and establish a defensible order of operations.
The goal is to make your next decision a better one.

Focused intelligence. Defined scope.
Here’s what this engagement does not include.
Comprehensive technical SEO auditing
The investigation can identify technical discovery problems but does not replace a complete website crawl, technical remediation plan, or backlink assessment.
Ongoing AI visibility monitoring
Visibility Intelligence is a point-in-time investigation, not a continuing monitoring subscription.
Category strategy and positioning
The engagement maps where you can win. Claiming those submarkets, with full category strategy and positioning, is Category Leadership.
Implementation
Content production, website changes, entity remediation, campaign management, and system rebuilding are separately scoped services.

Frequently asked questions
Before you book.
Is Visibility Intelligence an audit?
It is a focused diagnostic investigation that can include audit methods. Rather than beginning with a generic checklist, the engagement begins with your business objectives and the visibility conditions that may be helping or hindering them.
Will you test what ChatGPT and other AI systems say about my company?
Yes, where appropriate to the agreed scope.
Selected prompts and platform responses can help reveal how systems identify, represent, and recommend your business. Those results are interpreted as observations under specific testing conditions, not as a universal measure of how every user or system experiences your brand.
How is this different from a technical SEO audit?
Technical SEO focuses on issues such as crawling, indexing, site structure, and technical performance.
Visibility Intelligence examines a wider set of business, content, identity, trust, and discovery conditions to help determine what kind of intervention is warranted. A technical SEO audit may be one recommendation that emerges from the findings.
What if my company already ranks well in Google?
Strong organic rankings are valuable, but they don’t automatically establish how your company appears across every buyer question, AI discovery experience, or competitive comparison. The investigation can help identify gaps beyond the rankings you already track.
Will you implement the recommendations?
Implementation is not included in the $2,000 engagement. You can use the decision map with your team or existing partners. If you want Five-Talent to handle the work, we can discuss a separate engagement.
How long does the engagement take?
The delivery timeline is confirmed during scoping and included in the engagement agreement.
What if I need something more comprehensive?
Category Leadership picks up where this leaves off. It takes your Territory Map and uses it to claim specific submarkets, with category strategy, positioning, and authority architecture. Implementation and ongoing publishing are scoped separately.
Do you guarantee that AI systems will recommend my company?
No. The engagement provides evidence, interpretation, and recommendations that can inform visibility improvements. It does not guarantee inclusion, citations, rankings, or commercial outcomes.
Visibility Intelligence
Before you buy more marketing, find out what actually needs fixing.
You already have assets. Experience. Expertise. People who trust your work.
The question is whether the right buyers and discovery systems can find, understand, and verify the reasons to choose you.
Let’s investigate the evidence, identify your strongest opportunities, and establish a clearer path forward.
One business. One focused investigation. A clearer decision about what comes next.
