NORAH Wins People’s Choice Award at Venture 313 Pitch Competition

Detroit, MI — December 12, 2025 — Detroit-based visibility engineer and pipeline strategist Sorilbran Stone, founder of Five-Talent Strategy House, announced the launch of NORAH, a Detroit-first go-to-market intelligence engine designed to help early-stage founders identify winnable markets and build focused entry strategies. NORAH was awarded the People’s Choice Award at the Venture 313 “Tech the Halls” Pitch Competition, powered by the Gilbert Family Foundation.

The People’s Choice Award was determined by peer vote among participating founders following the pitch presentations. The recognition includes a one-year membership with the Michigan Black Business Alliance, supporting NORAH’s continued development and community engagement.

NORAH is built to address a common challenge faced by early-stage founders: knowing where to compete. Rather than offering generic advice or channel-first tactics, NORAH analyzes founder inputs, market conditions, and competitive context to identify specific market segments where a business is best positioned to win. The platform then generates a focused 90-day market entry playbook, emphasizing direction, prioritization, and winnability.

“Detroit is having a moment! Investment is increasing, we have a robust startup ecosystem, population’s up,” said Stone. “But many of our founders are forced to guess where to focus their effort. And that’s costing them both credibility, visibility, and revenue. NORAH is designed to close that gap by matching founder innovations to unmet demand in the market – helping founders identify winnable markets before they over-invest time and resources.”

NORAH is launching in assisted demo mode, with plans to expand its intelligence and automation capabilities as data from participating founders is aggregated. Over time, this data will contribute to the Detroit Visibility Study, a proprietary dataset aimed at improving market intelligence and decision-making for Detroit-area founders and the organizations that support them.

The Venture 313 Tech the Halls Pitch Competition featured a range of Detroit-focused innovations across housing, workforce development, real estate, and technology. NORAH’s People’s Choice recognition reflects strong resonance among founders navigating early-stage growth challenges.
